Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR.
1. Data controller
Numeralis is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. Contact: info@numeralis.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
- Usage data: saved projects, saved searches, and product preferences.
- Order data: billing details when you purchase an advisory service or membership.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, and basic analytics to keep the service running.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to provide and improve the platform, deliver the products you order, send transactional communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors strictly necessary to operate Numeralis (hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics). Our analytics processors are Google (Google Analytics and Google advertising, only where you have consented) and Microsoft (Clarity, described below). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@numeralis.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and to remember your reading preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies — Google Analytics and Google's advertising cookies (_ga, _gid, _gcl), and Microsoft Clarity's cookies (_clck, _clsk) — are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and are denied by default until you do. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing also deletes the analytics cookies already set. We ask again after six months.
8. Session recording
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity records interactions with pages — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and navigation — and combines them into session recordings and aggregated heatmaps, linked to a pseudonymous identifier rather than to your name. This is behavioural data, not just page counts, which is why it is asked for separately from essential cookies and never collected before you accept. It is not used to make decisions about you and is not sold. Declining, or later withdrawing via “Cookie settings”, stops the recording and deletes the identifier we hold. Microsoft processes this data as our processor; Microsoft describes its own handling at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
